Funcrional Description
Transformer protection and management is a difficult task, but GE Multilin 745-W2-P5-G5-HI-A-L-R-E-H’s adaptive features and
system monitoring capabilities streamline the process with ease. Intended to work with transformer systems small to large, the 745
is a highly configurable transformer protection relay. Features such as adaptive harmonic restraint help maintain system security
during inrush events. Users can also adjust how the relay interacts with the system by adding, removing, or editing setpoints,
which are configurable settings that determine how the relay behaves. The 745’s FlexLogic™ technology increases versatility and
decreases the need for auxiliary components and wiring, allowing the configuration of unique equations that provide
customized outputs in the system. The 745-W2-P5-G5-HI-A-L-R-E-H’s display screen is enhanced over the base model and is
larger as a result. The screen is noticeably wider and the expanded keypad makes inputting and navigating the relay easier. The relay is
18lbs, 6oz when housed in the SR series chassis and approximately 10lbs, 8oz when removed from the case.
